The Kenya National Examinations Council(KNEC) has disclosed the payment information for hired experts in charge of the 2022 KCSE, KCPE, and KPSEA tests. These exams were administered in November and December of this year.
Teachers and non-teachers who offered services in this year’s tests and evaluations will receive payment from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) in February 2023 in different rates.
Teaching staff, drivers, and security employees are among the contacted professionals who will be paid by Knec. As centre managers, supervisors, and invigilators, teachers were hired.

KNEC CEO David Njeng’ere announced in a speech at Mtihani House on Wednesday, December 21, during the release of the KCPE results that the students would be able to see the results through their school portal.
On January 16, 2023, “the learners will receive individual reports, and all these would be placed on the school web,” Njeng’ere said.
He made it clear that rather than placing candidates in junior secondary schools, the results would be used to monitor student progress.
The KNEC Chief added that the KPSEA Examination Committee would release three reports: a national, school-specific, and individual student report.
“Education stakeholders will receive feedback from the national report on areas that require intervention.” It will display the proportion of students by subject at each performance level who require interventions. To help students continue on the path of improvement, each school will receive detailed reports that outline the areas in which they encountered difficulties.
Both KCPE and KPSEA supervisors and invigilators will be paid at the same rate, despite the fact that the KPSEA assessments do not cover essay writing (insha’a and composition).
But after the exams have been scored and the public has seen the results, the KCSE teachers will receive compensation.
On January 2, KCSE examiners will arrive to start grading the exams. Today’s 2022 KCSE exams will conclude with physics practicals.
