1)Don’t send a leaner away from your class during teaching and learning as a result of indiscipline.Incase of an accident to the learner you can’t be able to account for it.
2)Don’t touch a learner inordinately.The learner might claim to have been abused either sexually or physically.A teacher may not be able to refute it.
3)Don’t Give assignments you not able to mark.Unmarked assignments is a proof of incompetency or unprofessionalism.
4) Don’t treat or handle learners unequally.Avoid favourism and know every child matters.
5) Don’t ask a learner to kneel for long.He/she might be having health challenges without your knowledge.
6)Don’t conspire Against school administrators.For example ,school heads,heads of departments, academic heads etc.It might cost your job.
7)Avoid Emotional punishment to your learners.It reduces their chances of being better learners
8) Reduce teach and Go mode .Create enough time with learners,engage them professionally
9)Do not stay alone with a learner in class, Laboratory,office etc.Child protection policy forbids it.
10)Avoid transfering your aggressions to learners.Always be personal and full of life.
