TSC MANDATORY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM SECONDARY SCHOOL INTERNS .The Teachers service commission (TSC) has lined up interviews this january 2023 to fill 21,550 teacher internship vacancies for for secondary school teachers on intern terms.
This will be after the commission has completed shortlisting of candidates who expressed interests to take up the slots.
According to TSC,the list of shortlisted applicants will be dispatched to all counties and sub-counties.

Upon invitation to Interviews.Applicants shall be required to present the following original and clear photocopies documents.
1) National identification card(ID)
2) Degree/Diploma certificates and Official Transcripts
3) Certificate of Registration as a teacher (TSC number)
4) KCSE certificates (Include certificates for attempts if one re-sat exams)
5) KCPE certificate or it’s equivalents (together with certificates of attempts incase one re-sat exams)
6) Secondary and primary school leaving certificates and other relevant testimonials
7) National council of persons with Disabilities (If Applicable)
8)Letter of Certication of results by KNEC( if applicable)
9)An Affidavit sworn under the Oaths and statutory Declaration Act,Cap 15 of the Laws of Kenya to explain the variance in names.
NOTE: Provisional transcript (s) shall not be accepted

After recruitment,TSC County Directors shall hand over the following documents to TSC Headquarters for successful intern recruits.
A properly completed and signed internship contract, a letter of offer, together with the following:
Certified Copies of;
✓National Identification card
✓Academic certificates
✓Professional certificates and transcripts
✓Certificate of registration as a teacher(tsc number)
✓NCPWD card (Where applicable)
✓Letter of Certification of results by KNEC (where applicable)
✓An Affidavit sworn under the Oaths and statutory Declaration Act,Cap 15 of the Laws of Kenya to explain the variance in names.(Where applicable)
✓Bank Plate/Card(Front face details)
✓Duly completed pay point particulars form✓
✓KRA pin certificate
✓NHIF Card
✓Original Medical Examination report (Form GP 69)
✓Two passport size colour photographs in represent of successfull recruit.
✓List of applicants with Disabilities
✓A copy of the system generated list of all applicants clearly showing those who failed to attend the interview
✓Completed Selection Score guide duly signed
✓Duly signed minutes of the selection panel and the sub-county selection panel
