TSC Sends Text Messages To Qualified Applicants.The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has started sending Suitability Interview for teachers who applied for job vacancy interviews in various counties.
The Seven day county Interview and Vetting exercise will run from Friday 13th January to 20th January 2023

The following events will occur between Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and Tuesday: county-level vetting, complaint handling, internship agreement signing, internship offer signing, and employment offer signing.
After vetting ,the recruitment panel will invite the best five qualified for ok not interviews.If none of the top five applications meet the standards, invitations will be rescheduled.
This satisfies the standards for teacher recruitment set forth by the Commission, which will be applied as it employs 35,000 teachers in 2023.
All Successful teacher recruits and intern recruits will report in their respective stations on 1st Wednesday , February.
The County Selection Panel will employ computer-generated applicant lists to narrow the field to five (5) candidates for each open position.
The Teachers Service Commission website will be updated with information on the shortlisted candidates, interview times, and locations.

What documents Do you need to carry to TSC recruitment Interviews?
All invited applicants for TSC job interviews should ensure they’ve carried the following documents:
1) Your National Identity card, ID; both Original and copy.
2). Two passport size photographs
3). Academic certificates (University/ College, KCPE and KCSE) and testimonials; Both copies and originals.
4). Official academic transcripts; both copies and originals
5). TSC registration Certificate; Both originals and copies. If this is not available then provide proof that the registration process has been initiated.
6). Kenya Revenue Authority, KRA, PIN certificate.
7). Bank plate for your bank account.
8). Duly filled pay point forms. These can be obtained at the bank.
9). GP69 Medical examination form. This should be filled by a certified Doctor at a Government Hospital.
10). National Hospital Insurance Fund, NHIF, card; Both original and copy.
11). Primary and Secondary School Leaving Certificates.
12). Co- curricular activities Certificates.
13). Any other relevant certificates.

Applicants can easily beat competitors in TSC job interviews and earn extra 5 marks by doing the following.
(a) Communication Abilities
The applicant must first provide all the relevant information. Be genuine at all times. Don’t close your eyes as you speak; be audible.

c) Describe your experience in detail
Starting with recent history.Major on schools or organisations you’ve worked with .To make your answer all more valid, make sure to always back up everything you say with examples, experiences, and achievements.
DISQUALIFIED TEACHERS FROM 2023 TSC Mass Recruitment .
Teachers graduates with the following degrees won’t be allowed to attend TSC interviews
- Bachelor f Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Natural Resources,
- Horticulture,
- Fisheries,
- Meteorology,
- Farm Machinery,
- Anthropology,
- Forestry,
- Sociology,
- Biotechnology,
- Animal Husbandry,
- Journalism,
- Theology or Divinity.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has also warned politicians that they have no role in the process of recruitment. This is following fears that politicians may try to interfere with the process of recruitment to favour their preferred areas or individuals.
