After students have done courses selection,KUCCPS reviews them and place them accordingly.Students can easily check their placements online after selections and placement.

How To Check University/College Placed and Courses Through KUCCPS Student Portal 2023
Candidates who Sat for Kenya certificate of secondary school Education (KCSE) in 2022 can check their universities and colleges placement after KUCCPS has finalized the selection process.
After announcement of placement results,then students can proceed to check individuals placement results by following the procedure below.
- Visit kuccps student portal – http://students.kuccps.net/
- Login with your credentials as follows;
- Username (use your full index number
- Years(2022)
- Password(use your birth certificate number or KCPE index number)
- After login ,the following message will be there.
“Congratulations,followed by university/College or TVET and finally the course you will pursue.
NOTE: Candidates will not be able know the exact course and University placed after the first revision as kuccps will give a chance to those who didn’t manage to get in the first revision.
For those who successfully managed to secure a placement in the first revision will get this message when they login.
“You have provisionally Secured One of your choices Subjects to Approval by the Placement service Board.”

KUCCPS RESULTS NOTIFICATION 2023 THROUGH SMS (short message)
KUCCPS will also officially send a notification message of placement results to students through the phone numbers they registered their details with in the students portal.
THREE MAIN PERIODS WHEN KUCCPS OPEN WINDOWS FOR APPLICATION OF COURSES
There are three main periods when Kuccps open windows for students to apply for courses in various colleges and universities.
1) SCHOOL APPLICATION WINDOW. Usually opened around October/November for candidates to apply before they sit for KCSE exams. It is the best and cheaper for candidates to get courses.
2) KUCCPS FIRST REVISION.
First revision usually follows the release of KCSE exams. Deadlines are announced by KUCCPS.
For 2023 applications, dates will be announced after release of KCSE results next this week by CS Machogu Ezekiel.
3)KUCCPS 2ND REVISION
It is usually set aside for candidates who will not qualify on the competitive selection for any of their course choices during the first revision.
