CS Machogu Changes Form One Reporting Dates 2023.Education cabinet secretary Ezekiel Machogu has today clarified that form one students will start reporting to their secondary schools beginning February 6th 2023 unlike previous dates.
The CS released form One Selection on Monday 16TH and parents have the opportunity to check schools and download admission letters online.
How to check form One Selection
Parents and Students can check the secondary schools that their children have been selected to join.
Firstly, By sending an SMS with the candidate’s Index Number to 22263 from any network.The cost of the SMS is Ksh. 25.
Secondly, Form one admission letters are posted online in the website www.education.go.ke by the ministry of education.
When are Form One Reporting date 2023?
Reporting for form ones will be between 6th February to 14th February 2023.
Previously the ministry had indicated that form ones will report a week later after schools reopen for term one on 23th of January 2023.
The reporting dates was pushed for to allow parents have enough time to prepare and purchase necessary materials required by students.
What are Form One Joining Instructions 2023?
According to guidelines by the Ministry of Education, 2022 KCPE candidates will join form one as from 6th February, 2023.
The Following are joining instructions for 2023 Form ones.
- First, Use the link to check whether your joining instructions are in the (https://script.google.com/a/macros/ict.go.ke/s/AKfycbyL_jTGaCo6k9uFMdCMJo- F_iNh33lZJRGRaYnnQI5ZtAIQQiPe/exec
- Then select County and Sub- County of your school, then Select your school.
- Incase the system prompts you to sign in, use your school email address (Gmail Account).
- Incase your letter is in the system, edit the information to the new changes for joining instructions
Note:Do not edit anything in the first page other than the year part to 2033.
In case the school’s joining instructions is missing, the system will prompt the Principal to upload the joining instructions in the system from their computer. The Principal should ensure that;

When will KPSEA Results 2022 released?
KPSEA means Kenya primary school education assessment.
The results for exam was released by CS Machogu and it available in Knec portal as from 17th January 2023.
Schools and parents can access them to know how their kids performed.
1,287,597 Grade six pupils sat for 2022 KPSEA national exams.
The government order all this kids to transit to Junior secondary that will domiciled in primary schools approved by the government.
The CS while releasing form One Selection results noted that grade seven students will learn freely as the government will cater for their school fees.
