ITEMS JOINING STUDENTS MUST BUY
Before joining KMTC,All students must be aware of things that they purchase and are included in the KMTC tuition fee.They include:
- ICT and library services
- Student identification card
- Maintenance fee
- Transportation levy
- Development and research fees
- Exam fee
- Registration fee
- Activity Levy
TIP NOTE: Items that include student ID card, Registration fee and ICT and library services are only payable during your first semester. For incoming government sponsored students, they pay Ksh.80,700 as opposed to self sponsored students that pay Ksh.120,700.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR JOINING CANDIDATES
a. The fee structure is currently being review, and you will be information will be given incase of any modifications that may be authorized.
b. Should a student terminate academic reasons or for any other reason, he or she have to pay the full fees upon return to the program.
c. Fees are not refunded in the event of dismissal or abscondment.
d. Students are urged to make their own arrangements to pay for personal costs incurred during practical attachments, research, etc. Details of these arrangements are available from the appropriate faculties.
e.Students to pay applicable year’s fees in full at the beginning of the academic year but may pay in installments (1st Installment Kshs.63,200.00 payable on/or before registration and Kshs.57,500 on/or before commencement of 2nd semester.
f. All students to receive vaccination against Hepatitis B and Typhoid before admission to the college and produce a valid vaccination certificate from a known health facility during admission.
g.All students to have an NHIF Cover or present a Copy of the Parent’s NHIF Card on admission to the college.

Deposits can be made at any branch countrywide. Direct cash payments to the college is not acceptable.
