TSC registration status.More teachers will receive their transfers by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), particularly those who got reroute approvals from their current working locations.
The Commission will approve and transfer instructors to the regions they have requested once schools have closed.

All regional and interregional transfer requests will get approvals from TSC.
But, when Regional Directors start approving the requests, teachers with replacements will have the advantage.
Transferring delocalized teachers back to their home areas is difficult for TSC.
There is increasing pressure on TSC to carry out the transfers from various angles.
Yet, because not all tutors have asked for transfer, it is difficult for the Commission to send them back home right away.

TSC registration status, SENATE COMMITTEE REQUEST TO THE COMMISSION
Explain the steps taken to address the problems the TSC encountered when putting the government’s decision to reverse the delocalization of teachers’ policies into effect.
Indicate the number of requests for teacher transfers to schools in their home counties that the TSC has received after the government reversed its delocalization of teachers policy and explain why it has taken so long to comply with the government order;
Explain why the TSC is allowing teachers to be relocated from other counties to Embu County but is not allowing teachers whose home county is Embu to make the same request, despite the fact that they have asked to be transferred back to their respective sub-counties in Embu;
Explain Measures the commission will employ to handle the challenge of delocalizing teachers in Kenya.
Deadlines For Re-routing Teachers.
The Education Committee gave TSC until the end of January to ensure all teachers who had been delocalized have been re-routed back to their areas, and the National Assembly Speaker ruled the policy illegal.
